1. Do I have to Sign Up to print the incentive coupons?
No, you do not have to sign up to print coupons. However, if you give us your email address, we will be able to send you notices of "Special Offers" that can save you even more money.
2. I printed an incentive coupon, but can't find it. Can I print another one?
Yes, you can print another one any time you like.
3. Do you sell my email address to other companies?

4. What qualifications must a contractor have to become a Home Improvement Shopper, LLC specialist?
Each specialist must represent and warrant the following:
A. Must have been in business for at least one year.
B. Has complied with all licensing, bonding, insurance and or filing and registration requirements applicable to it, if any, in order for it to lawfully do business in all states and counties in which it does business.
C. Has not been sued or notified of an investigation by any federal or state agency.
D. Principal, employees, and agents have successfully passed a criminal background check for conviction and each such person has no felony convictions of any kind and no misdemeanors, disorderly persons offenses, or petty disorderly persons offences for, or, relating to assault, harassment, theft, theft by deception, criminal trespass or fraud.
E. During any 36 month period has not been subject to more than three claims not resolved to customer's satisfaction according to the records of the Better Business Bureau, its subsidiaries or affiliates.
5. What do I do if I am not satisfied with a specialist?
