Each specialist/contractor must represent and warrant the following:
A. Has complied with all licensing, bonding, insurance and or filing and registration requirements applicable to it, if any, in order for it to lawfully do business in all states and counties in which it does business.
B. Has not been sued or notified of an investigation by any federal or state agency.
C. Principal, employees, and agents have successfully passed a criminal background check for conviction and each such person has no felony convictions of any kind and no misdemeanors, disorderly persons offenses, or petty disorderly persons offenses for, or, relating to assault, harassment, theft, theft by deception, criminal trespass or fraud.
D. Has a least one year of experience in field.
E. During any 36 month period has not been subject to more than three claims not resolved to a customer's satisfaction according to the records of the Better Business Bureau, its subsidiaries or affiliates.
F. Some Service Professionals are trial members of the community, and may or may not have been qualified.
